It is very important that our charter coordinators work together. They will all answer questions, phone calls, reply to emails and do whatever is necessary for the client, even if they are not the main charter consultant. They pride themselves on working as a team.
Our charter coordinators have a world of experience that comes across to the customer. Keep in mind that when customers are spending $20,000 or $30,000 dollars on a wedding charter they must feel very comfortable with the people who they are working with. Again, when companies and corporations spending over a hundred thousands on a holiday party of boat parade, they want and expect professionalism during the entire charter experience.
The most exciting aspect of our charter coordinators are their willingness to go beyond being order takers. They entire job is be creative and help coordinate the entire charter experience. They will educate and decipher to the client the yachts limitations in order to make them feel comfortable with the product and transcends to the client that we do know our product.
